Shipping policy

Dispatch: orders placed on a working day are shipped the next working day from Dokkum, the Netherlands. You receive a track-and-trace link by e-mail as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times are an indication; the carrier's timing may vary. The exact shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices include VAT for EU deliveries.

Free shipping on orders of €30 or more to the Netherlands, the rest of the EU and the United States.

Orders to the United States: import duties and taxes may be charged by US customs on delivery. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are paid by the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcels: if your parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@derwalshaving.com and we will resend or refund your order.

Address errors: please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.
