1. Who we are This online store (derwalshaving.com) is run by Walteq, trading as DERWAL, Rondweg-west 37A, 9101 BE Dokkum, The Netherlands. E-mail: contact@derwalshaving.com. Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 42192649. VAT number: NL005573123B84.

2. Scope These terms apply to every order placed in our online store. By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.

3. Products and prices We describe our products as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour and surface texture are possible, because every product is made to order in our own workshop. All prices are in euros and include VAT for deliveries within the EU. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Obvious errors in prices or descriptions do not bind us.

4. Your order The contract is formed when you complete checkout and we confirm your order by e-mail. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund any amount already paid.

5. Payment You pay at checkout using one of the payment methods offered. We ship once payment has been received.

6. Delivery We ship to the addresses and countries listed in our shipping policy. Delivery times are indicative. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you may cancel the order free of charge and receive a full refund.

7. Right of withdrawal You can return products within 14 days without giving a reason, as described in our refund policy.

8. Warranty and complaints Our products meet the agreement and the reasonable expectations you may have of them. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund under the statutory warranty. Please report defects to us within a reasonable time after you discover them, at contact@derwalshaving.com. We respond within 14 days.

9. Safe use and liability Use our products as described in the instructions and safety information supplied with them. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except where the damage results from intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow a limitation, such as product liability for personal injury.

10. Privacy We process your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

11. Applicable law Dutch law applies to these terms and to all orders. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
